What is 5 Axis CNC Machining?
Five-axis CNC machining is an advanced manufacturing process based on Computer Numerical Control (CNC) technology, which achieves high-precision machining of complex geometries by simultaneously controlling five independent axes of motion (three linear axes and two rotational axes). Its core advantage lies in multi-axis coordination, overcoming the limitations of traditional three-axis machine tools and significantly improving machining efficiency, accuracy, and flexibility.
