If you need an experienced, high-quality, and affordable injection molding manufacturer, then we will be your best partner. We have the most advanced injection molding equipment, the most complete library of injection molding materials, and the best injection molding process.
Plastic Injection Molding
Plastic injection molding is a molding method that heats and melts molten plastic, then injects it into the mold with an injection molding machine, and obtains the molded product after cooling and solidification. This method is suitable for the mass production of parts with complex shapes and is one of the commonly used methods in plastic processing.
Insert Injection Molding
Insert injection molding is a flexible manufacturing process that can produce a variety of parts using a variety of different materials. This method is very suitable for large-scale production and can produce parts with very small tolerances. It is a very economical and efficient injection molding process.
Liquid Silicone Rubber Injection Molding
Liquid silicone rubber injection molding (LSR) is a technology that uses liquid silicone rubber for injection molding. Liquid silicone is a non-toxic, heat-resistant, highly elastic flexible thermosetting material with low viscosity, fast curing speed, shear thinning, and large thermal expansion coefficient. Liquid silicone is divided into A glue and B glue, which are mixed in a 1:1 ratio through a quantitative device, and are fully mixed in a static mixer before being injected into the mold for molding.
Overmolding
Overmolding is a special plastic molding process, also known as secondary injection molding. Its processing principle is to mold a certain plastic raw material in a primary plastic mold, take out the molded product, put it into a secondary molding mold, and inject the same or another plastic material again for molding.
Rubber Injection Molding
Rubber injection molding is a production method in which the rubber material is heated by an injection machine injected into a closed mold under pressure and then vulcanized to form a rubber product. This molding method is an intermittent operation and has the advantages of a short molding cycle, high production efficiency, and excellent product quality.
Double-color Injection Molding
Double-color injection molding is a molding process that injects two different materials into the same set of molds, so that the molded parts are molded by two materials. The two materials can be different colors or different hardness to improve the aesthetics and assembly performance of the product.
Injection Molding Materials
We offer our customers over 80 thermoplastic and thermoset materials. If you cannot find the material you need in the following injection molding material options, please contact us directly for more information. If you are unsure how to choose the right material for your injection molding project, please check out our injection molding material selection guide where we will provide some examples of common injection molding material alternatives.
